Is this a mated pair error coin

    I have attached the image of a coin. Please let me know whether it is a mated pair error or a double struck error. This coin has a cap also. So please tell me what error this coin has.

    Looks like a double strike, 1 on center 1 off center...

    Double struck with second strike off-center and there was another planchet in between the dies resulting in a second strike on one side and an indent on the other,
