Looks large to me too. The large dates seem to have a circular/round center to the zero while the small dates seem to have a more oval center to them.
Definitely large date. On the small dates the loop in the six lines up more towards the top of the 0, or so I have found it easier for me to distinguish using this.
Small dates are cheap in MS red. You should spend the $5-10 and buy one so you know the difference and have a reference coin to compare to. On another note, small date P mints are nearly impossible to find in circulation....the D mints are common.
