Is this a legitimate PCGS holder?

    Holder is legitimate, one of what is called a PCGS "Death coin" encapsulating coins or bullion recovered from the Comex vaults in building 7 of the World Trade Center after buildings 1 and 2 collapsed.

    Thanks for the info guys, does anyone know why they don't include serial numbers on these? Or is that standard for any coin without an actual grade number grade?

    Bulk grading is cheaper, but everything extra costs. Just like USPS charges for a tracking #.
