Is this a lamination error? How are coins with lamination errors priced???

    image.jpg image.jpg i would like to know if this coin has a lamination error and also curious how are they priced. If this one does have a lamination error could you tell me your price estimate for the coin? Thanks!!!!

    Iv rinsed it with water numerous times,tried rubbing it with a cloth,even tried scratching at it and it's nothing that can come off.

    I like and collect Lamination errors. That's no Lamination that I've ever seen. I agree with glue.. superglue!

    I don't think it is a lamination error since pennys of that year were solid copper.

    Uh, no. They are an alloy of 95% copper and 5% tin and zinc.
    Yes, they can laminate.
    No, the OPs coin is coated with some kind of glue. Water will not remove it, but acetone certainly will.
