I got this note back in change the other day. The back looks worn like any other well circulated note but the front looks as if it went through the wash a few times. The ink is very light but it caught my attention because the serial number, treasury stamp and reserve stamp were bold like a new note. I went to ebay to find a similar note but found only one called a ghost note? has anyone seen this before or know the value?

Looks like the seal and serial number inks are not as susceptible to fading as the main image inks, so they remained strong after some washing, possibly with bleach. The back is faded too, just not as much as the front.
