Is this a FS rev. type-a quarter?

I found this in some pocket change and it looks odd to me what do you guys think..

Most likely not. The Type A was used on pre-64 quarters only.

Here is a very good reference that you can use to check your reverse types on Washington Quarters.

Nothing but an old circulated Quarter with Environmental Damage. Spend it.
