Is this a FS Jefferson Nickel

    It's a proof. Proof coins should have all full steps so neither PCGS nor NGC will designate it FS.

    Thanks @Coinchemistry 2012. I wasn't aware that their was a designation difference for TPG between business and proof on the FS. I picked this up for about $2 so I still like it for that.
