It's a form of Binary Serial Number.. A serial number with only 2 numbers. A true Binary would be just the numbers 1 and 0.

To me, it's close. But I would say no. If the groups of 4 numbers were together 77770000 then I would say yes.
Did you read the previous posts? 77770000 would not be a fancy serial number.. Just a kind of cool serial number.
