Is this a Error

    The ink on the 100 and in god we trust looks like it bled is it worth over face

  3. I do not think this is an error. The ink stains on the 100 look like they could possibly be from a die bomb.

    I've never seen a "die bomb" leave a pattern like that.

    Sometimes extra ink is considered to be an error worth of a premium over face value, but not in this case. It's just too minor.
     
  5. I've seen them like that all the time, in all sorts of colors. I'm pretty sure they leak through other bills.

    I agree with what the others have said... if the extra ink came from something else, its damage. If the extra ink is 'bleed' fromthe printing process then yes, it 'can' fetch a premioum, but not in this case. As was said, the ink bleed is too minor

    borgovan is correct here folks, very minor, not considered enough to be any error worth a premium. bank dye packs ARE NEVER SUBTLE and are completely invasive to most notes "in the bag" when the pack detonates. if this were the results of a dye pack..... no one would notice..... NOT a very effective method for obious money marking..... yes?
