Is this a double die?

Not in the best condition obviously. But did i finally find one? Even if it is only worth 1 cent it will be priceless to me

Remember that the correct Numismatic Terminology is Doubled Die not double die.

It sure is!! 1972 is loaded with them.

 

Sure looks like one of the many types of a true Doubled Die to me. Those 1972’s have a number of doubled varieties. So hugs and congratulations to you for this exciting find @Kristine Garrant.
