Is this a Die Crack or Cud?

Above the E in LIBERTY there's a high relief. Is that due to a die crack? It's very uniform and looks to be separate from the top of the E. If it's cud, I can see how it filled in the area between the top of the E and the edge.

On the same coin, between the 6 and 1 numerals in the date, there's what I believe to be a die crack.

    Thanks in advance!

It's a die break between the "E" and rim.

The 2nd photo is too pixillated to tell if it is a crack, but die cracks aren't usually very special unless there is substantial metal displacement.

    Spend it!
