Is This A Die Crack Error?

    If not, what is it? Any value?

    There is one spot from the front of the shirt to the rim, and another one from just under the 9, through to above the 9 on the 95.

    Also, is that line below Lincoln doubling, or something else? It runs the entire length of his body.
