Is this a die clash? (1953 nickel)

    I'm not sure that "die clash" is the correct term but what is that diagonal line on the right of Monticello? Is it an error or damage? I wish I had better pictures to show you.

    It looks like a die crack which extends almost from rim to rim (3 o'clock - 5 o'clock).

    Does that make it special in any way? I doubt that it has any monetary value, but I've never cared much how much coins were worth. I got it for a nickel so I'm not worried if it's worthless.

    It can be an interesting conversation piece. For me, I wonder how many more strikes were left on that die before it became a full-fledged cud. 1K? 10K?
