Which version is it? Peace Medal or Keelboat? Members are better able to assist you if you post full pics of the obverse and reverse of your coins. BTW, even in MS state they are worth less than a dollar. As far as DDO, with what you show it's doubtful.
No, it is not a DDO from what I see. The "D" mintmark doubling is from mechanical damage as mintmarks were part of the design engraved into the die in the year shown ( the mint stopped doing them by hand, which eliminated RPMs in 1991- current on the 5 cent piece) Jim
