Nice 1892/1890 or 91 . I have only seen one other one MS 65 back about 1997 at a show so don't know much more about the variety.
As a collector of overdates, this one looks to me like the 1892/0--plus all those extra punches. I'll just venture a guess that every digit was punched separately--that 8/8/8 is sure fun to look at! All peso coins are overdates for this year, either the 1892/1 or the 1892/0. Judging by Krause's prices, they appear to be fairly common. Some countries produced a lot of overdate coins, and value depends on collector demand in the respective country. The ebay opening bid on this one is $150.
