Is this a collar strike?

    image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg I noticed that on one end of this cent, that it's deeper set than the other end, around the inside of the rim. I can also see where there's two distinct line around the rim. Plus, where there's no double line on the rim, you can see some of the metal that was pushed out.
