Is this a 1983 fs-802 cent?

Hello all, I hope you're enjoying your week. I recently coin roll hunted through several boxes of pennies. As I was searching, I came across a 1983 cent that appeared to have some rather heavy doubling, seemingly in line with the 1983 fs-802 cent. With that said, this past coin roll hunt was the first where I began searching for error and variety coins. As such, I'm still very much a beginner in terms of identifying varieties and errors. With that said, would you all mind weighing in on whether this coin is an fs-802? Thank you!

DDD, or worn die doubling. Flat and shelf-like. NAV, no added value and common especially in lousy Zincolns. JMO.

Thank you for your response. I figured that might be the case. The one thing that gave me hope is that the coin itself is not worn and still maintains almost full mint state luster. Additionally, the only real place of doubling was on UNITED. Just as a question for my future searches, how do you determine the difference between a true doubled die error and worn die doubling?

Research. There are many sites that delineate the different types of doubling.

    Nope.
I have found 2 of these, almost back to back, in March of 2014. They are way harder to see than the 001. Please excuse the garbage pictures. I tried to circle the stuff at the time to make it easier to see.
