    Looks like it might be smooshed a little bit, could also be a small die chip.

    No go on the 1995-D. But, that is the correct year to be looking for doubled die coins.

    The 70-S is a large date and I was also going to say EXACTLY that the s got smooshed.
    Now if you find a 70-S small date, then you have something.
