Is this a 1918 buffalo nickel DDR-001?

So I have a few hundred buffalo nickels I've started to sort through, looking for varieties and errors. Came across a few minor lamination errors so far and this interesting one today. I've been using varietyvista.com and my Redbook for looking up varieties.

So This 1918 buffalo has something going on, but I'm not quite sure if it's the DDR. It doesn't have some of the markers that variety vista list. Such as no die crack under the tail and I don't see a die clash under the Indian's chin. But it has a die clash going through "E Pluribus Unum", and it does appear to be doubled. Sadly this coin is rather worn :(.

I also uploaded a closeup of "Liberty" looks like something funky is going on with that, and the bottom right of the date has a blob or something sticking out of the 8.

So what do you guys think?
    Thanks, Sobo
