Is This a 1913/2 Caballito?

I’m thinking this looks the overdate. What say you?

Guessing no. Just a nub on bottom of 3.

 

Blow up the bottom picture and look across the inner curve of the bottom loop of the "3"

 

Just can't find a lot about the over date.

I want a copy of Allan Schein's book but don't have one, not sure if that would help or not.

I'm guessing NGC didn't give it the designation?

 

No they did not. I looked at Heritage records and note that they in 2016 sold a 13/2 in NGC 64 that did not have IMHO as much evidence of overdate. I will try to post later today.
