Just curious if this designates a Binary SN or not, because it has a zero at the beginning. It is a series 2006 $5 SN ID07779979B. I know binary is supposed to be only two numbers, but since the zero is at the beginning, I didn't know if maybe that changes the rules? Thanks!
Like you said, it's considered a binary if it only has two numbers. I am just starting out in coin\currency collecting and I've recirculated serials that were "close" such as the one you have. If it's worth something to you\your collection than keep it but if you are worried about selling this note in the future, put yourself in the shoes of a buyer.
Nah, I figured it wasn't considered, because of the zero, but I wanted to see what everyone else thought. Just another close one I've found.
A pick would be nice, also you didnt mention condition but based on the serial number I dont think it would bring a premium
