Is this 4 real?

    No, it is not a coin. It is some sort of medal or token produced by some unknown mint. I would value it at its metal content - whatever that is. There is no way to determine how much silver is in this piece based on the seller's description:

    "Material : Alloy with silver inside,plated with pure silver."

    I would venture to guess that his grading of this piece is mostly hyperbole. By his description this piece would grade MS-70 and I see some chatter on the rims (although that would not stop SGS from grading it MS-70):

    "The coin is a perfect piece and features a wonderful embossment without any defect ."

    thanks Hobo, anyway to stop auctions like this, or is it pointless to even try?
