is this 1999 wide AM (eBay)?

Hi,
i was looking on eBay and i found this 1999 wide AM? :

i asked the seller to change the photos, because i can't see if it is wide AM or not, and he changed the photos but still confused.. so i tried to use my photo filter software to get better and clear photo, so this is the best what i get:

Looks like the A and M are touching to me. My vote: Not a WAM.
