Hello everyone, just curious if this 1996 penny is considered a double die? Sure hope so if it is, this would be my first one. Thank you
I would say no because I don't see it in other areas like the date and think it would be difficult for it to be a double if not in more then one area of the coin. But I am not an expert by any means on the double dies. I have read up on it a few times but it takes practice to really get them down. Best of luck

Interesting site @paddyman98 - It refers to the cent as "penny" throughout the site. Does that mean penny is now an accepted and proper numismatic term?
