^Agree - most likely value = a few cents. Expected weight is 3.11g +/- 0.13g so it is a bit below tolerance. Possibly a rolled thin or tapered planchet. I would be interested in the thickness of the coin. can you measure thickness with calipers in mm to 2 decimals at 4 places around the circumference?
