Is this 1945 Nickle an Error Nickle or did it just go to the War?

    Found this coin in a lot I purchased and I was wondering if it was a lamination error or something else. It appears to be missing some medal on both sides in about the same area. Any help is appreciated as always.

    It looks like a lamination error. I have a few nickels like that but not on a silver. Good find.

    That’s a really nice Lamination error you have there. It’s fairly common in war nickels though. I’d said it’s worth a few bucks.
