is this 1936 nickel strait clips.

    Can you take a full photo of the coin? I think it just PMD on the photo you provided. Is there any Blakesley Effect on your Clipped Planchet?

    I cant fit the whole coin on my coin microscope. but heres some more pic and I don't think so about the blakesley affect.

    It looks damaged to me, too. Maybe someone used a hammer on it because the flat spot @12:00 on the obverse does not line up with the flat spot @7:00 on the reverse.

    Correction: I meant 12:00 on the obverse rather than 6:00.
