Is this $10 anything special?

Its a series 2009 in AU condition with a few folds. It has the serial numbers JA44141144A it might be nothing, but it looked kind of cool.

That would be a keeper, even in it's circulated condition. I probably wouldn't feel the same if it were a $20 or higher.

I was going to guess a shopping cart. IMO its a spender....actually id purchase some coke a cola with it and pour me a rum and coke.
