Hi everyone. THis is a 1951 Franklin HAlf I half. IT has a goldish tone to it. IS it toned or is just worn?

Hello, I would call it toned, but there are those who might say otherwise.

The coin is definetely worn. You can tell by Pres Franklins hair. It has not details whatsoever!

    I think you need to study some history---Franklin wasn't a President :D :D

That coin is both worn and toned. It is very rare to see an untoned coin that has wear, as wear generally indicates the coin has been handled, and exposed to various surfaces, which is going to cause toning. This might be a fairly crude explanation though.
