Is there anything special bout this '82 Penny

    Welcome to CT. Well your cent is worth a cent, sorry. Some advice if I could. Order yourself 2020 Whitman’s red book. It’s like $12.00 on eBay. This book you will find invaluable for a lot of questions you will have. I’ve been collecting for 50 years and I still use a copy for quick reference.
