Is there a reason this is so high?

I don't have my currency book with me to look up values but is the value of this just because of them being consecutive stars? I've actually had a $10,000 strap of consecutive $100 star notes before.

Let me clarify that I didn't actually "own" the strap of $100 stars. I had them in my vault at work and had access to them if I wanted them.

It's because of the second note with a unique serial number
    04940828

But, I wouldn't get it if you were considering it.

Is that considered unique? No I'm not considering it. I was just looking. I've had a $25 ebay gift card since Christmas that I have yet to spend.
