Is there a listing for a 1942-D DDO ?

    I spent a lot of time the past couple of days looking at some of my Jeffersons and found some doubling on a 1942-D that I have. It also appears to have some sort of RPM.
    I cannot find anything mentioning the DDO or the kind of RPM on CONECA's website. I also can't find anything in any of the books that I own.
    Any help is immensely appreciated. Photos attached below:

    Again, MDD on the obverse. The Mint mark does appear to have a split serif but not likely in a degree that is "listable" by CONECA. You can check here for a listing of some of the Split Serif (SS) RPMs that I have in my collection...
