Is my 1995 a double ear loan Lincoln cent

I think this is a doubling of Lincoln’s ear lobe what do you think, just found this same doubling on a 2016 Cent!

It's hard for me to tell from that image. I'd need to see a better close-up. (Not an enlargement of the current image.) It does look like it could be machine doubling as well.
