I think so it looks better than the reverse of the Tree that's on vista! Man I can't remember the date or state LOL.

I also haven't seen any with the hair and some of the State Quarters only have a miniscule nub below the ear.

 

Ya second opinion is always a good idea.
Not that many experts here. For sure I am not one but the quarter is very interesting
