Of course it's real, but it ain't a 70 and it ain't cameo and NNC $uck$.

Not a credible grading company.
This is one of those that puts crazy high grades on cheap coins to make them look valuable.

Yes both are more trustworthy.

 

NGC & PCGS are the top two grading services. Then, ANACS & ICG are a distant 3-4. SEGS is also not too, too bad, but for these three, it is imperative that you "buy the coin, not the slab." Below these five, there are dozens and dozens of, what many call, third-world grading services and they shouldn't be trusted at all. Then, below them are the self-slabbers, most of whom, should be hung.
