Is it Ostrogoth? Rare? Anything?

I have added this coin to my collection, but I know very little about it.
It is silver (purported to be) and it is Ostrogoth (stated), but more than that I cannot say.
I have looked up Ostrogoth coins on a number of websites and I have even 'Googled' Ostrogoth Coins/Images, to no avail.
I have run the (R) legend VICTORIA AVGGG (lots of Emperors, mainly AU coins) but cannot come up with any (coin) matches.
The "SAM" gets no 'hits' either.
Can anyone help me with any information. please? Magical Snap - 2019.02.28 10.48 - 030.jpg

I believe it may be a fake similar to this type, but don't quote me on it. I've never handled one of these before.

Check weight, check the diameter of the coin, thickness, check the seems on the side and if your really want to get scientific, conduct a density test. I've been reading up on this and they're getting crafty with their forgeries. Is that a pothole on the face? If so that may be a bad sign. Wish I knew more and could help you better.
