Is it an error?

Hello everyone,

I found a 1991d with a lump on the rim, not sure if it would classified as an error or not. Want to say it is a cud, but not positive. Can you let me know.

The edge is pushed in, not out. If a piece of the collar was chipped, the metal would flow outward. It looks like something hit the edge almost straight on.

Thanks Guys, well a nice war nickel and a Die crack are a nice find for one day.
