I think they somewhat have the reputation of "loose grading." I do have a couple of notes in CGA holders and from what I've seen (on Ebay, etc.) ... the grading is a bit all over. Just take a look at notes graded VF 35 and you'll see a wide variety of notes. Later I'll take out the notes and post comments about them (from a buyer point of view as opposed to a grader).
