Yes, and although I think Mr. Regan is great, it would be odd if Franklin was replaced by him on the $100 IMHO.
The One Hundred Dollar Bill and Ben Franklin seem to be a successful fit. I never knew anyone who was upset to get one or more inside an envelope. As for Ronnie, correct me if I am wrong but I thought he supported a bill that became a law that placed a time restriction on when someone can get on a bill or coinage to help prevent quick changes based upon politics or current favorings.
