What's a good program to inventory coins?

Check with Greg, aka gbroke. He developed a program for it.

  4. I mentioned in another thread that I use "exact change" It's a decent program for personal use, not sure if it would cut it for a business though. Not real expensive or complicated. @ Chris, is there anywhere we can check out Gregs program?

I use the basic good old excel spreadsheet. It works when you don't want to pay the extra money for "exact change" or some of the other programs. You just don't want to put photos on the spreadsheet, makes the file huge and unmanageable.

I use Exact Change and love it. It allows you to set up multiple "collections". I also like the fact that I can integrate my DVD coin manuals with it. Worth every dollar I paid for it. I have cataloged over 1600 coins with it so far. It even has software to make customized inserts for your 2X2 coin flips. You can download a free trial version which is pretty powerful by itself.

I tried exact change. There doesn't seem to be an entry for measurements like weight, diameter, etc.

    What changed?

Does anyone else not keep track of their collection?
