The guy must be quick; if it was one of the "Genuine CC Dollars" from "US Seller" for $50 or so that pops up so frequently, they typically only last a few minutes before being pulled by eBay. I also note that the article says nothing about eBay Buyer Protection, which is pretty well ironclad in situations like this. If this gentleman feels that he's better protected by buying from "someone local" who's just breezed into town for a gun show, well, more power to him.
