Hello All, I recently acquired an interesting "certified" Morgan. Does anyone know any additional information besides what I have been able to find? How scarce are these? New to me and interesting... The photo in @Conder101 's book has a different card in the top right - an oval ball with ICGS in it. But the cert itself looks exactly the same. However Conder's # doesn't have the leading M. Nothing popped in simple web searches...
