Interior Die Break 1987

    I tried to scrape this off with a tooth pick but it did not budge. I believe it's an interior die break. Obverse.jpg Reverse.jpg

    Really can't tell if its a chip or zinc rot.

    It’s zinc and copper coated at that. Just an in popped blister I think.

    Yeah, that makes sense to me as well, but scraping it pretty hard had no effect. That's why I posted it, guess a plating blister can be hard.
