Neither of those are errors. There is no way possible for them to have been made accidentally, they were both deliberately made (to order?).

They're both errors whether assisted or not. The wrong planchet one happens all the time from mints, there certainly is a way possible for that to have happened and in does happen. That isn't the first wrong planchet error nor will it be the last.

Most car accidents aren't accidents at all, but incidents. The Times of London does not allow its journalists to use the word "accident" if it was something that could have been avoided. Only 'Acts of God' fall in to the accident arena.

There is no such thing as assisted error, as assisted indicates a planned move. It is a fraudulent error, as most know the dies and their receptacles are matched and a reverse die can not go into an obverse holder and visa-versa. Unless they are physically altered by grinding tabs or base to an Altered size. They should have been destroyed, not praised. Appears PCGS is indicating to all high government officials , you make it and we'll slab it. Shameful. It is a Fraud not an Error or Variety.
