Interesting serial repeater $50

    It still is old and IMO, interesting enough to keep. ikandiggit is correct, it probably doesn't have any premiums - yet. Your note is more specifically a "trinary" and not a complete "repeater". A trinary is a serial number that uses 3 seperate digits (8, 3, and 2) throughout the whole serial number, similar to a "binary" which only uses 2 digits. Do you think your going to keep it?

    I think it is interesting. 83, 83, 23, 23? pretty cool, but it's not quite a repeater. nice find though!!!

    I guess for someone trying to market that note for sale, they'd probably call it something like a "step repeater" kind of like a "step ladder" but who knows...

    Nice link! I bookmarked it. I agree with everything on there except the low serial number part. I think 4 digit serial numbers and below are collectible, not just 3 digit serial numbers. That's just my opinion though... Oh yeah and I also think 5 in a row is fancy too along with 6 & 7 in a row...
