On one of my usual trips to the bank today, as i was going through the notes to pull whatever suits my eye, i found this . (may take a minute to load, its a rather big image) here is a close-up of the sig, where the district overlaps the signature. and, here is a close-up of where the serial intersects the design. If you look close at the bottom of the block letter, its pretty obvious it hits the design. I also found this note. Its not all that special, but so close to being a binary-repeater. Might not be worth over a buck, but i pulled it anyway.(may take a minute to load, its a rather big image) And then one of those no reason geeky things i do when i pull from circulation, i pulled this note (may take a minute to load, its a rather big image) So on that possible error note. Would it be considered an error? Or just close to one and still only worth a buck?
It's an error, but it's such a minor error and in such low grade that I doubt you'll get more than a tiny premium for it, if even that. In better condition it'd definitely be a keeper, but as it is, I'm not sure....
Yep, A minor "misalingned print" error. Also showing some contact on the right side of the note. Rough shape but I always keep these. More so than EVERY star note I ever see. clembo
just what are you trying to say?? I will keep it since i think its prolly the very first note like that i have found. Whether or not it gets a premium is not really important to me. I will keep it anyway. But the amount of premium, if any, gives me an idea of how to store it thanks folks!
