Interesting Mexican Specimen Note

I've had this one and a feew others for many years and was wondering if anybody has an idea of the value? I new and one sided pasted on a card. It was printed by the Aamerican Bank Note Co. To me it's a very impressive note. What do you think?
One more question, was the design ever adopted for use? Thanks, Mike
