its a little steap for me. but they are a rarity in modern coin terms ( 5,000 is a rather small mintage for the mint these days ) Its a tough one, the question you should ask your self is if you have $600 to spare. if you have 600.00 laying around you are most of the way there to purchasing a slabbed 1916-D dime. In my opinion... if you are looking at a coin for investment.... I would purchase the 1916-D. it is an established rarity and THE key to the mercs.
