As I was identifying this coin I noticed the "S" was missing from the legend "VOTA SV(S)CEPTA X". At first I thought it was a variant until I examined it closer. Then I noticed the top, right tip of the "S" was visible but there was no trace of the rest of the letter. Due to the high level of detail of the figure and other lettering this had to be created by a broken or damaged die.
