I have a list of 7070 coin slots - does anyone have a list for the intercept shield the type set? Is it exactly the same? the Dansco seems to be the standard - is that accurate? Is a a coke-pepsi thing or a coke-apple juice?
Look here: http://www.wizardcoinsupply.com/product/intercept-shield-album-united-states-type.html For another definition of a US type set check out the NGC Registry. I don't agree with them 100%, but I believe they go beyond the Dansco album.
Is there anyone out there that prefers the intercept? It is interesting that their version has the westward journey and the 09 and 2010 Lincoln holes. It is more up to date - but the Dansco is a pretty clean 2 century book - as the westward journey and lincolns are in the new Milenium... Any intercept users out there...I don't hear about it much.
Because I really only collect pre-1965, I use Intercept Shield albums. (I've got an Unc PD state quarter set too, but that's it for post-silver coins.) I like the added protection that their albums afford copper and silver.
its a coke - champagne thing it costs more todrink champagne than coke so lot of people dont drink it as often thats why u dont hear much about it. i would use intercept every time all the time
